When Rachel Stafford is on home visits the telephone will be answered by Carol Barnes between the hours of 9am and 3.30pm. Outside of these hours your call will be diverted to the office mobile and if Rachel is available it will be answered. However, if your call is not answered immediately please leave a brief message and your telephone number and you will receive a call back as soon as Rachel Stafford becomes free.
