Rachel Stafford Legal Services is a home-visiting legal practice dedicated to meeting the needs of:-

• people with physical and mental disabilities
• people with life-shortening or terminal illnesses
• their families or carers

We offer a one-to-one friendly, caring and understanding approach to legal services tailored to meet your needs and the needs of your family.

The practice is unique:-

• all meetings are conducted in the comfort of your own home by Rachel Stafford
• Rachel Stafford is a Dementia Friend, full member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section
• fees are fixed for the majority of instructions however low hourly rate quotes will be given for certain types of work
